Aankomst:
By road the island of Pag can be reached in multiple ways, since the island, besides ferry lines, is connected by a bridge from its southeast side. The quickest way to Novalja is by the ferry line Prizna-Žigljen, if you are coming from the northwest side of Croatia. On A1 motorway, from Zagreb, you need to come to the Žuta Lokva – Senj exit, and after a short descent down the beautiful landscape road, we arrive from Lika to the coast, to the city of Senj. In Senj, we turn left onto the local road heading south, which after 50 km of panoramic drive by the Adriatic coast, brings us to the turn for the ferry port Prizna. Ferry boats leave every 30 minutes during the season, and during the tourist shifts, non-stop. After you get out on the island of Pag "at the edge of the Moon" as many of our guests call it, go towards the town of Novalja, and at the second town entrance our signs will point you to camp Straško.
If you are coming to the island of Pag from the south, from Dalmatia or Zadar, after the signs from Zadar get you to Ražanac, Rtina and towards the bridge which connects Pag with the land, keep going on the island road to the town of Pag (25 minutes) and keep going on the main island road by the town itself towards Novalja through Šimuni and Kolan. In 20 minutes, you will reach the town of Novalja, passing by several smaller places, and Zr?e beach. When you enter the town, before the traffic lights, the signs will point you to camp Straško.
On the sea, it is possible to come through Zadar, on ferries from Ancona and Rijeka, catamaran for passengers without vehicles (Jadrolinija).
If you are coming by airplane, Zadar airport is the closest and most logical choice, and Split airport is 2 h and 15 min. away by car.
