Situated 4 km. from the town of Spa "The Pearl of the Ardennes", an area of outstanding beauty comprising of woodlands and picturesque villages is **** Camping Spa d'Or. Close by is the the oldest Belgium nature reserve "the Hoge Venen / Haute Fagnes" and the circuit of Francorchamps
Omgeving:
The campsite is situated at the banks of the small river the Wayai and can be an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and bicycle trips through the forests and the famous springs. In the region old villages and towns wich are typical for the Ardennes like Malmedy, Stavelot, Solwaster, Coo and Durbuy can be visited. The direct surrounding of the campsite offers nummerous and varied places of interest, ie. museum, theme parks, sport- and leisure centers and fishing in the nearby "Lac de Warfaaz".
You can enjoy yourself at the campsite during one of the many daily sport and fun activities. In the evenings you can relax during a delicious meal in the restaurant. Also you can join a special evening like a Horror Night, a Western Night, Tropical Night, Disco or Asian Night. In winter when the first snow has fallen the scenery is fabulous and a real paradise for "langlaufers". Also survival arrangements for groups are available. You can use your own caravan, tent, or motorhome. If you prefer more comfort you can rent a Mobile Home or Bungalowtent.

from the direction Antwerpen (Anvers):
- Follow the E313 in the direction Luik (Liège/Lüttich)
- Follow the E40 in the direction Verviers / Aachen
- Follow the E42/A27, Verviers - Spa
- Take exit 8: Spa / Jalhay (N629)
- At the roundabout turn left
- Follow the road till you enter a crossing with a statue on your right, turn right.
- After you made a sharp turn to the left, you turn right the first street
- Follow this road for about 800 m.
- Turn right, after 300 m. you will see camping Spa d'Or on your right hand
