Aldörrum minicamping is a small campsite, quiet site situated on the edge of De Peel in Southeast Brabant. The campsite is a delightful and attractively landscaped and there are magnificent views from all pitches looking onto nature reserve ''De Biezen''.
The camping field set in a fruit orchard, lies adjacent to the field where the horses graze and where you have a beautiful panorama. The 30 pitches are generously spaced and have all electric hook up points. There are no static holiday caravans. We cater for caravans, motor homes, trailer tents and tents.
Even if you don't have a tent or caravan, you can enjoy a pleasant and carefree camping holiday. We have a 4 berth self catering spacious guestroom for hire which is situated in our camping building accessible by stairs. Or you can book one of our unique (pump up) Karsten tents and enjoy all the fun of camping. The tent is already assembled on a spacious pitch when you arrive.
We offer a walking and cycle friendly accommodation (Bed & Bike & Hike) with excellent sanitary facilities with clean toilets and showers. The easy chairs, the wood-burning stove and a typical Dutch reading table with upholstered seating make the common room a cosy and comfortable room. It also has a computer with an internet (ADSL) connection (free of charge).
The characteristic landscape of Brabant gives riders, cyclists and walkers the chance to journey around fine scenery and rural life. Both within walking distance and in the direct surroundings. To help you on your way, we are put together some illustrated pages of routes starting from our campsite.
Bell-village Aarle-Rixtel is one of the small, historical villages with the typical atmosphere of Brabant. You will find the most extensive choice of historic buildings, stately homes and museums just around the corner. Get in touch with the heartily nature of this area.
Being close to both nature reserves and villages makes Aldörrum minicamping the perfect holiday base for exploring or for sightseeing. The site is approximately equidistant (45 minutes) from the towns of Eindhoven, 's-Hertogenbosch, Nijmegen and Venlo, and within 10 minutes of Helmond and Deurne.
De Peel offers its visitors a great deal when it comes to nature. In addition to offering peace and space, the landscape is unique and varied.
Our camp site is situated nearby the towns Helmond and Eindhoven. The campsite is on a side-road between Aarle-Rixtel and Bakel.
