An award winning small campsite. At Camping Asseiceira we provide a friendly and informal service. However you choose to stay with us, be it on our Campsite in a motor home, caravan or tent. Or in our accommodation or self catering facilities. We will do our best to ensure that you enjoy your stay.

Omgeving:
Located in the spectacular national park of Serra de São Mamede. Here you will pitch up in our small olive grove, with views rising up to the spectacular medieval castle and town of Marvão. This is a small and popular campsite. To avoid disappointment we advise you to reserve space prior to your arrival. We do not accept arrivals after 20:00hrs, without prior agreement.

By Car: Directions from the Algarve Follow IP1 direction North – turn off at Junction 7 onto A6/IP7 towards Estremoz – then IP2/E802 towards Portalegre – continue past Portalegre to right turn for Marvão /Spain - follow signs for Marvão and after roundabout at Portagem take immediate right turn and follow road to Santo António das Areias - at petrol station turn right down the hill and campsite is 400 metres on the left Directions from Guarda Follow IP2 towards Lisbon – turn off at junction 15 onto IP2/E802 towards Portalegre – after 26 Kms at Alpalhão take N246 to Castelo de Vide then onto Portagem – follow signs for Marvão and after roundabout at Portagem take immediate right turn and follow road to Santo António das Areias – at petrol station turn right down the hill and the campsite is 400 metres on the left. Directions from Lisbon Follow A1/IP1 North to Junction 7 – then take A23/IP6 towards Castelo Branco - Turn off at junction 15 onto IP2/E802 towards Portalegre – after 26 Kms at Alpalhão take N246 to Castelo de Vide then onto Portagem – follow signs for Marvão and after roundabout at Portagem take immediate right turn and follow road to Santo António das Areias – at petrol station turn right down the hill and the campsite is 400 metres on the left. Directions from Spain via Valencia de Alcántara From Valencia de Alcántara take N521 and cross into Portugal to Portagem - follow signs for Marvão and after roundabout at Portagem take immediate right turn and follow road to Santo António das Areias – at petrol station turn right down the hill and the campsite is 400 metres on the left.
