Directly at the Klempowsee near Kyritz on the B5 is the Wusterhausen campsite with very nice pitches for tents and caravans or motorhomes, also near the lake. Rental accommodations such as holiday apartments, bungalows and fixed caravans with awning are also available. The site has modern sanitary facilities with facilities for the disabled and rental sanitary cabins, as well as a washing machine, dryer, baby changing room, camper kitchen
and TV cable connection. Dogs are allowed.
A restaurant with bread roll sale and ice cream parlour completes the offer.
In Kampehl is the knight Kahlbutz, a curious mummy without historical significance but a funny story. The Wusterhausen local history museum offers a permanent exhibition, readings and concerts, as well as changing special exhibitions. The cultural capital in the north of Brandenburg is Rheinsberg.
