Situated in the middle of the Ötz valley, this first campsite in the valley (in 2009 we celebrated our 50th anniversary) is an ideal starting point for hikes and high alpine tours. Situated on the quiet edge of the forest, it is only 500 m from the centre of the village and 250 m from the AQUA DOME-Tirol Therme Längenfeld. The pitches are equipped with electricity, gas, satellite TV and Internet, as well as some with water and canal connection. The most modern handicapped accessible sanitary facilities, newly built in 2002, with rentable sanitary cabins as well as sauna, solarium, baby care room, fitness studio, animal care room, cosmetics room, sports and play room for children, crawling room for toddlers, kiosk as well as camping accessories shop (gas bottle sale) leave nothing to be desired.
Our well-known cosy camping restaurant Waldklause (pizzeria) invites you to spend some cosy hours. Entertainment with live music. Our campsite is the start and finish of a 40km long cross-country ski run. In the immediate vicinity you will find: swimming pool, tennis court, beach volleyball court, etc. Free guided hikes with our mountain guide Hubert. In winter you have the opportunity to go ice skating, curling and ice climbing right next to the campsite. A free ski bus takes you to the ski paradise "??tztal Arena" (summer ski area) in Sölden.
