Once upon a time there was a field of apple trees laid on the hills near Cuneo...today this sunny high ground hosts the Camping Il Melo. It perfectly matches with its natural environment at 640mt, at the foot of the Bisalta mountain (2400mt), at walking distance from the town of Peveragno. Here you can find peace and relax or you can enjoy the nature with different activities. The large grass-grown camping places have a 6A current-tap. The toilet-shower building is warmed up in winter, and offers also a dishwashing-room with a fridge/freezer and microwave oven at disposal and laundry-room with a washing-machine and iron corner. For your amusement open air you will find a grass play ground for children, a table tennis and a small area for pick-nick with barbecue. Near the campsite there is a free camper service area to fill and waste waters.
The camping is the perfect point of departure to reach the natural parks of the area, the thermal baths, the near ski stations (Lurisia, Prato Nevoso, Artesina and Limone Piemonte). Come to enjoy the landscapes and the villages, the tastes and the flavours typical of our valleys !
