The pedestrian zone of the city of Soltau is only 1.5 km away: even closer is the Soltau-Therme, where you can relax wonderfully - wellness and cures are also possible. A signposted cycling network (over 1,000 km) stretches across the region - wonderful hiking trails invite you to enjoy the picturesque nature. Over 50 other destinations are presented in the information folder: Day trips to Hamburg, Bremen, Lüneburg, Celle: Vogelpark Wasrode, Heidepark, many museums, exhibitions as well as cultural and folkloristic events let eventful days fly by.

Our weekly program will inform you about the current festivals, activities and day trips as well as the guided hikes. The nature reserve Lüneburger Heide is 10 km away. The royal residence town Celle with its historic town centre, the old Hanseatic and salt town Lüneburg, Hamburg with its world-famous harbour, the Expo city Hanover as well as the quaint towns of Buxtehude and Stade in the "Old Country" invite you to make day trips.
For fun and enjoyment there are leisure parks such as Heide-Park Soltau, Weltvogelpark Walsrode, many museums and exhibitions as well as cultural and folkloric events.
For the duration of your stay, an information folder with more than 50 excursion destinations is available upon arrival.
From motorway 7, take the Soltau Süd exit. Take the B3 towards Hamburg. In Soltau stay on the B3. Immediately after the town sign, take the first street on the left.
